1. Promoter

This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is promoted by Highbet, located at Level 3 (Suite 1890), Tower Business Centre Tower Street, Swatar, Birkirkara, Malta, BKR1233. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter) or Apple Inc.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over and must have a registered Highbet account. Employees of Highbet, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on Friday 20th June 2025 and ends on Monday 30th June 2025 at 23:59 (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

Participants may enter via any or all social media platforms, but only one prize per person will be awarded, regardless of multiple entries.

5. Prize

The prize consists of 1 iPhone 15. The Promoter may offer a discretionary cash equivalent alternative prize to the winner, which would be credited into the winner’s Highbet account.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The winner will be announced on 4th of July 2025 and contacted via private message.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

7. Delivery of Prize

The prize will be shipped to the winner’s UK address at no cost to them within 14 days of winner confirmation. Alternatively, the cash prize will be credited to the winner’s account within 1-3 business days.

8. Publicity

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to have their name and/or social media handle announced publicly if they win.
