With a career built across some of the most competitive corners of the iGaming industry, Kieran has developed a reputation for commercially sharp, data-driven acquisition strategies that deliver measurable results. Before joining Highbet, he spent five years at Bally's Interactive, where he led digital media operations for the Vera&John Online Casino brand — helping scale it into the number one market leader in Japan and growing its monthly digital marketing investment from €40k to over €1.8 million. Prior to that, he honed his skills at Ladbrokes, where he led casino and games acquisition across a full suite of digital channels.
At Highbet, Kieran owns end-to-end UK acquisition strategy across both sportsbook and casino products, operating within a fully regulated UKGC environment. His focus is on building sustainable, performance-led growth — from channel mix and budgeting through to team development and senior stakeholder reporting. Under his leadership, Highbet has delivered continuous new player growth through a platform migration to BetConstruct, launched the Highbet UK app, and activated high-profile brand ambassador partnerships with Shaun Wright-Phillips and David Haye.
