Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
This promotion is available to eligible Highbet.co.uk customers aged 18 or over who have a valid Highbet account and are eligible to participate in promotions.
Customers must be eligible to participate at the time each qualifying bet is placed.
2. Promotion Period
This promotion is available from the published start date until the published end date, unless Highbet ends the promotion earlier for regulatory, legal, technical or other reasonably necessary reasons.
The applicable promotion dates will be clearly displayed wherever the promotion is advertised.
3. How to Qualify
To qualify for one £10 Free Bet, customers must:
- Opt in to this promotion.
- Place 3 separate qualifying bets on eligible greyhound racing markets.
- Place each qualifying bet using a minimum cash stake of £10.
- Place each qualifying bet at minimum odds of 2.00.
- Have all 3 qualifying bets settled as winning bets consecutively.
- Use the £10 Free Bet within 7 days of being credited. Any unused Free Bet will expire automatically.
4. Minimum Odds
The minimum odds requirement of 2.00 applies to each individual qualifying bet.
The odds of the three qualifying bets are not combined for the purpose of determining eligibility.
5. 24-Hour Qualification Period
Each qualifying attempt begins when the customer's first qualifying bet is placed.
The customer must place all 3 qualifying bets within 24 hours of the time the first qualifying bet is placed.
The 24-hour qualification period applies separately to each qualifying attempt.
If all applicable promotion conditions are not satisfied within the relevant qualification period, that attempt will not qualify for a Free Bet.
6. Winning Streak
The three qualifying bets must be won consecutively.
For the purposes of this promotion, a winning streak means that the customer's qualifying bets are settled as winners without a qualifying losing bet being settled between them.
If a qualifying bet is settled as a loss, the current attempt ends and the customer's progress resets to 0/3.
The next qualifying bet placed by the customer will start a new attempt and a new 24-hour qualification period.
7. Settlement of Qualifying Bets
A qualifying bet must remain unsettled until the relevant greyhound race has been completed.
A qualifying bet that is cashed out, in whole or in part, before settlement will not qualify for this promotion.
Where a qualifying bet was placed within the applicable 24-hour qualification period and the relevant greyhound race took place within that period, the bet may be settled after the 24-hour qualification period has ended.
Such a bet will remain eligible provided that:
- It is subsequently settled as a winning qualifying bet.
- No qualifying losing bet is settled between the qualifying bets.
A customer will not lose eligibility for a qualifying reward solely because Highbet settles a qualifying bet after the end of the applicable 24-hour qualification period for reasons outside the customer's control.
8. Void, Cancelled or Refunded Bets
Void, cancelled or refunded bets do not count as qualifying bets.
They will not count as either a win or a loss and will not break an otherwise valid winning streak.
9. Cashed-Out Bets
A qualifying bet that is cashed out, in whole or in part, before it is settled will not qualify for the promotion.
10. Free Bet Reward
Once a customer has successfully completed an attempt by having 3 qualifying bets settled as consecutive winners, Highbet will credit one £10 Free Bet to the customer's account.
11. Multiple Successful Attempts
Customers may qualify for more than one £10 Free Bet during the Promotion Period, provided that each qualifying attempt independently satisfies all applicable promotion conditions.
Where a customer qualifies for a further Free Bet, the qualifying bets for that attempt will be assessed separately from any previous attempt.
Each qualifying attempt has its own 24-hour qualification period, which begins when the first qualifying bet of that attempt is placed.
Participation in any further qualifying attempt is optional. Customers are not required to place additional bets following a successful or unsuccessful qualifying attempt.
12. Qualifying Bets
The following do not qualify as qualifying bets:
- Bets placed using Free Bet funds.
- Bets placed using Bonus Funds or other promotional funds.
- Void bets.
- Cancelled bets.
- Refunded bets.
- Bets cashed out before settlement.
- Bets that do not meet the minimum £10 cash stake and minimum 2.00 odds requirements.
13. Free Bet Use
Each £10 Free Bet:
- May only be used on eligible greyhound racing markets.
- Must be used in accordance with any applicable restrictions displayed when the Free Bet is credited.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cannot be transferred to another account.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
14. Free Bet Expiry
Each £10 Free Bet must be used within 7 days of being credited to the customer's account.
Any unused Free Bet will expire automatically after the 7-day period.
15. Free Bet Stake and Winnings
The £10 Free Bet stake is non-withdrawable and will not be returned as cash.
Winnings generated from the Free Bet are withdrawable, subject to Highbet's applicable Sportsbook Terms & Conditions and applicable betting rules.
The maximum winnings payable from each £10 Free Bet are £50.
Where the winnings from a Free Bet exceed £50, the amount payable will be capped at £50.
No wagering requirement applies to winnings generated from the Free Bet.
16. Account Restrictions
Where a customer has already started qualifying for this promotion before being notified of an account restriction, Highbet will not apply that restriction in a way that prevents the customer from:
- Receiving a Free Bet for which all qualifying bets have already been completed.
- Completing the remaining qualifying bets required to receive a Free Bet for which the customer had already started qualifying.
- Receiving the full value of any Free Bet to which the customer is entitled.
Except where the restriction is required by law, regulation, a licensing requirement, responsible gambling obligations or another legitimate regulatory reason.
Where applicable, Highbet will inform the customer how they can complete the promotion and receive any Free Bet to which they remain entitled.
17. Fraud, Collusion and Deliberate Abuse
Highbet may withhold or refuse a promotional reward where there is reasonable evidence that the customer has:
- Used multiple accounts in breach of Highbet's account terms.
- Engaged in collusion.
- Committed fraud.
- Deliberately manipulated the promotion.
- Deliberately exploited a technical error or loophole in the promotion.
Any action taken under this clause will be based on the specific circumstances and the applicable Highbet terms and regulatory requirements.
Highbet will not withhold a promotional reward solely because a customer has participated in the promotion in accordance with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
18. Changes, Suspension or Withdrawal
Highbet may amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary, including where required for legal, regulatory, licensing, technical or operational reasons.
Any material changes will be communicated to customers before they take effect where reasonably practicable.
Customers who have already started qualifying for a Free Bet will not have their accrued promotional entitlement unfairly removed as a result of a change to these terms.
19. Responsible Gambling
Participation in this promotion is optional.
Customers should only gamble with money they can afford to lose.
Highbet's Responsible Gambling tools and policies are available to customers at all times.
20. General Terms
Highbet's General Terms & Conditions, Sportsbook Terms & Conditions, Responsible Gambling policies and applicable betting rules also apply to this promotion.
In the event of a conflict between these Promotion Terms & Conditions and Highbet's general Sportsbook Terms & Conditions, these Promotion Terms & Conditions will apply only to the extent necessary to govern this promotion.
21. Age Restriction
